Having worked with many clients seeking a fat loss result over the course of my career I am about to share with you the 5 most important actions that I have found for a guaranteed fat loss result.
One note is that reading the advice below is not good enough; you must take action and take action consistently for a fat or weight loss result to become a reality.
Action 1
Plan your success
from start
to finish. Getting a full health and fitness assessment, including goal setting is absolutely crucial for your fat loss dreams to become a reality. Imagine taking a trip to Eastern Europe without a road map! Get my point.
Action 2
You must have synergy between your nutrition, cardio activity and resistance training. I see many people who will be completing 1 of the 3 synergistic components but lack in the others. For 100% return on your time and effort investment you will need to balance out all synergistic components. This will guarantee to supercharge your body’s fat burning ability.
Action 3
Keep an exercise and food journal. This is another essential piece of the puzzle. Fat loss very rarely happens in a straight line, you will have ups and downs, the information you log will give you data in which you can refer to and then make subtle changes to keep your results an ongoing process.
Action 4
Create a social and lifestyle circle which can support your efforts. If you are trying to make a positive change in your life and those around you are not it can be very difficult. Get the people that are close to you involved.
Action 5
Persistence is King. Achieving optimal health and vitality (which leads to fat and weight loss) is a lifetime project, not a short-term fix. Thinking short term will only lead to disappointment. Stay healthy.
